I am an award-winning HR executive, ending my career of 15+ years as a Chief People Officer. I have worked in tech start-ups as well as Fortune 500 companies, plus everything in between. I am currently the CEO of Silver Branch Consulting, a professional coaching firm that specializes in helping job seekers find and land their dream careers through job clarity and interview mastery coaching. I am a certified executive coach with a Master’s degree and multiple certifications in developmental frameworks including MBTI, Hogan, Energy Leadership, and Situational Leadership.
Most interview coaches teach the same methods that have been around for a long time. My competitive edge is that I take the science of how people comprehend information and create innovative ways to package information, so that my clients are seen as best-fit candidates.
